Add the possibility to view the current used quota and the total quota for each mailbox with dovecot.

Dovecot can keep his quota in several formats , one of which is a database tables ( as opposing to maildir quota ). The relevant documentation can be found here :

I have implemented the basics of this, only thing required is to have dovecot write it's quota in mysql.
I will clean it up this weekend and submit it here.
