Unchecking all PHP options in Limits interface causes problem when client edits website
I would like to be able to prevent clients from changing the PHP mode setting (including setting it to Disabled) while editing an existing website.
If I navigate to Client -> [Client Name] -> Limits and uncheck every PHP option (including "Disabled"), and then login as the affected client and navigate to Sites -> [Affected Site], the "PHP" drop-down menu is empty, as expected.
The problem, however, is that if the client makes changes to other fields on this page and then clicks "Save", the blank value for the PHP menu is committed to the database, disabling PHP, effectively.
