choose control panel connection http or https

The option to choose http or secure https connection for the control panel in the installation in either standart and expert mode.

This would be really nice. Currently the panel just uses unencrypted http.

This could also be added to the ControlPanel settings so that it can be changed in the frontend gui.

good will be also good let ISPC work on regular 443 port.. all domains on port 80 and ISPCon 443 on same adress
