hello all im looking into providing a new theme and hopefully will become the new theme for ispconfig the theme will be lossly based on bootstrap with all the bells and wistles of bootstrap and much more stuff like extra jquery plugins, and bet better design, i will be doing the theme in the next week and will take about 2 to 3 weeks to do (this will include a lot of testing with it) i will be publishing the theme and will also be doing a less system for it for those who want to change the colours and such (just like bootstrap does)
Thanks for listing the other posts. I closed them as they have less votes then this task and this task here is already part of the roadmap for the next release.
" I admit that it's maybe superficial. But the outdated interface design often reflects the archaic legacy code base behind it. "
This is not my site nor is it my opinion, but having worked in hosting over 20 years, I can say it is a very common one that is actually in many cases quite accurate.

But not in case of ISPConfig. We were just focussed on stability, reliability and a good and stable code base. But I understand that some users select a panel just for the "bling bling" theme and for these users, we have build the new theme that is part of the 3.1 release.
