Detailshello,
My system : debian 5 (fresh and clean install whith the "official debian 5 install guide" with the jailkit option) yesterday evening subversion version. When i am logged in the webgui as admin and i create a normal shell user (no jail) for a site owned by user1 : user1_test. All is working fine, i can log on the server through ssh. i can see the user1_test in /etc/passwd with a /bin/bash shell. When i edit the user1_test info (ex: change password) and save, the login is changed to default_test ("default" instead of my "user1") and the login in /etc/passwd was changed too. (the shell don't change, it remains /bin/bash) In the shell user listing of the web gui, the "server" and "site" information had disappeared in the same time that the login was renamed. This things don't append like this when i am logged as user1 : the login stay the same, only the "server" and "site" disappeared. this bug was already met by peterspoon ( http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32527 ) |
This task depends upon
when you edit the "default_test" when you are logged with the user1 it become "user1default_test" when you save it ! (add user1 at the begining of the login)
