When trying to add new whitelist i get in web interface:

In apache logs there is nothing with error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE in php.ini

When i switch to English the error persists.

Ok, found the problem. The missing error message is:

The max. number of White- or Blacklist records for your account is reached.

This means that the client that you used to login is not allowed to create mor white or blacklist records (see limits of this client).
